"Nicholas Hudson was very kind and courteous. I was stressed-out because my mom, sister, and myself were lost in Houston trying to find the cemetery for my dad's burial service. Thank goodness he called me! Since I am from California, driving in a new territory can be quite baffling, yet Nicholas stayed on the phone (approximately 15 minutes) and directed me to the cemetery. The service worked-out perfectly and hearing the beautiful music of the bag pipes calmed my frazzled nerves. The music added a special note to it!
